Now hiring a full time maintenance technician for a fast paced garden style apartment community spread out over 11 acres in Hamilton Township, NJ. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of maintenance experience; have their own tools and  transportation.

Experience/Knowledge in the following areas is preferred:

• Basic-Intermediate plumbing
• Basic-Intermediate electrical
• Sheetrock
• General carpentry
• Painting
• Bilingual: English Spanish preferred

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• On Call 1-2 weeks per month to respond to emergencies after hours
• Ice and snow removal as needed dependent upon weather conditions – must be available 24/7, 7 days a week for ice and snow removal
• Inspect grounds and basements daily. Pick up litter and debris as needed
• Perform work orders for existing residents
• Help with apartment preparation
• Ensure all work and repairs are completed thoroughly, professionally and in a timely manner
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, fellow employees, vendors and supervisors
• Work with maintenance team to ensure excellent customer service and curb appeal
• Maintain accurate records
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
